The ever changing colorants pose a high challenge for the tinting equipment, with this in mind, it was very clear from the very early stages of the development phase that the new COROB™ EVOFLX™ dispensers should be able to work in the utmost broadest conditions.
All gathered experience from previous machines was collected, and channeled into this project, with particular care to the development of systems and devices.
Learning by listening has been one of the inputs to the whole design phase, whereas the gathered experience over the years has become something tangible. The very simple idea behind the hole development process was to build a machine that would reduce the “every day” hassle and make working with it something valuable, effective and user-friendly.
A solid and flawless assembly is the result of a strong commitment to experienced craftsmanship and care to details. Newly introduced quality checks insure an even more excellent result.
The Integrated Nozzle Valve, a key element of the new COROB™ EVOFLX™ dispensers is a fine example of what is meant by value innovation. It may well be the most significant breakthrough development of its time, both in its application to the new generation of dispensers, but also for the tinting business as a whole.
A selection of performance levels are available on the new COROB™ EVOFLX™ units, from the effective sequential version to the innovative simultaneous on demand type.
The new simultaneous on demand performance level allows to reach similar levels of a fully simultaneous machines while safeguarding power absorption and by reducing the overall hardware needed to command it, with incredible benefits on simplification and parts requirements.
Use of premium materials, deliver both a premium feeling to the machine and at the same time have a higher re-use value once they have reached the end of their lifecycle.
A new commitment from the company to give an active contribution in improving the environment around us, caring for the resources used and by rethinking the whole process… from its assembly to the moment of being discarded.
A full spectrum of possibilities lay ahead when choosing the modern platform of COROB™ EVOFLX™ dispensers. The key word is modularity, a constructive method that allows personalizing the dispenser according to your real business needs without compromises.
The machine control functions have been placed in the top part of the machine for an ‘easy’ reach. No hazardous parts are exposed to the operators; the project’s utmost consideration was to make Service and Maintenance people work safely, easily and in a time effective manner. They have been an integral part of the design from the very early stages, by giving their valuable input.
Shared electronic platforms among all machine types, with numerous expandability possibilities, make setting up a network of dispensers convenient and efficient… while being able to deliver to each store the best sized equipment for their needs.
• Limited number of boards.
• Reduced spare parts & low stock inventory value needed.
• Quick learning curve for Service Personnel.
• Settings are saved and automatically recalled when needed. No need to reconfigure machine from scratch.
• Configuration is onboard each machine: serial number, application info, etc…
• 10x faster communication speed: making installations and updates truly time convenient (for example downloading firmware).
• Pre-fixed circuit layout with exact control over each function.
Talking about business, means talking about money, efficiency and how to improve the work processes for delivering the ‘best’ service to the final client. It is important to reduce the overall operational timings, making each step clear and fail-proof.
